</script></p><p>If you are going to be swimming or to the beach when you are pregnant, the one piece of clothing you will want is the maternity swimsuit. You may be able to wear your pre-pregnancy swimsuit for a while but after some months. It’s just not going to fit right and you may look like some Hollywood movie start wearing a regular bikini because they are in denial that they are pregnant. </p>
<p> Here are six suggestions when buying a maternity swimwear. </p>
<p>1)      Look for something that is extra stretchy especially in the stomach, chest and hips. Your chest size will increase so you will need the extra room. Make sure that you have enough support in the bust though. Prego Maternity Swimwear has suits with a high Lycra content which is what you need. Make sure you hand wash and never through in the dryer high Lycra clothes. It will destroy the Lycra and make the items look like they belong to your husband. </p>
<p>2)      Look for suits with adequate bust support if you are larger up top. Suits with wide shoulders straps and are adjustable are particularly helpful. The higher the swimsuit back or even with an added bra-like clip support in the back will help to support you more in the bust. Even if you are already big up top, your bust size is also likely to increase up a full cup size when you are pregnant. <p>3)      If you are a bit hippier, look for a bikini that ties on the side. This works well if you are different sizes on the top and the bottom. </p>

<p>Lastly, be sure to try on any swimsuit before you go on holidays. Your body changes rapidly when you are pregnant so the suit that fit you months ago may not fit you in the present.  It an awful way to ruin your vacation when you find out that the clothes you have brought along no longer fit. </p>
<p>Make sure you allow plenty of time before the trip to make the actual purchase. Many brick and mortar stores don’t carry a large selection of maternity swimwear and you may need to order on line. Also, there are few places that stock maternity swimwear (or any swimsuits, for that matter) year round. Ordering online will take at least a week to arrive without special shipping by Fed-Ex. Be sure to check the return policy before buying online. Many online stores do not accept back undergarments and consider bathing suits the same, unlike other pieces of maternity clothes. Also, you may need to exchange to a different size or style and will need to allow for that time too. </p>

Once this joy dwindles, the first thing mothers think is &#8220;how am I going to lose all this weight?&#8221; Unless you&#8217;re a celebrity or filthy rich, you don&#8217;t have the luxury of hiring a personal trainer and nutritionist to help you lose that pregnancy weight. Not to mention the fact that you have a new baby to take care of who needs to be fed every couple of hours. </p>
<p>When you embark on the mission to lose weight, whether or not you are breastfeeding, it&#8217;s vitally important to remember to focus on eating healthy and remaining active. These two simple principles alone will help catapult you to success. If you are breastfeeding and follow these 2 tips, you don&#8217;t have to worry about harming the quality and quantity of your milk supply. You should try and eat about 2000 calories a day with a combination of about 50% carbs, 30-40% protein, and 10-20% fat. Fiber is an important component to not overlook in your diet. You don&#8217;t need to be extremely strict to the point of insanity, but these are just rough guidelines. </p>
<p>Everyone, including new mothers (once your doctor clears you), need to be active. Being active has numerous health benefits, but is probably one of the most avoided things these days. Everyone wants to find the quickest way to lose weight without lifting a finger. Well I wish this was true, but unfortunately it&#8217;s not. These quick weight loss methods can be harmful and oftentimes are short-lived. Exercise, as a combination of strength/resistance training and cardio, is necessary to build that toned and sexy body that everyone wants. </p>
<p>You don&#8217;t have to exercise so hard that you can&#8217;t breathe, otherwise you will quit. A moderate intensity, where you can hold a conversation, is effective enough and gives you that feeling of &#8220;that wasn&#8217;t so bad&#8221;. You want to be consistent otherwise you won&#8217;t see results and will give up. Strength training either with bodyweight, weights, or resistance bands should ideally be done 3 times a week for 30 minutes. When you do cardio, also try to do a minimum of 30 minutes up to 60 minutes. The goal is a combination of strength training and cardio 3-5 times a week for a minimum of 30 minutes each day. </p>
<p>This sounds like a big undertaking, but keep it simple and manageable. Start off with exercise 3 times a week for 30 minutes each time. As you feel comfortable work out longer. Then when you are working out for 60 minutes a day, start working out 4 times a week for 30 minutes. Slowly increase the duration you work out. Also, if you are busy (which you probably are if your breastfeeding), you can split up the routines into 10-15 minute workouts a couple times a day. This makes you feel less overwhelmed and can even give a quick pick-me-up afterwards. The bottom line is make it fun. Make it something you look forward to everyday (if you can imagine that). You want to have a feeling of accomplishment afterwards. Don&#8217;t make it a chore otherwise you are just setting yourself up for failure. </p>
<p>Even though everyone has a number in their head about how many pounds they want to lose, try to make short-term goals on a weekly basis which can help you get on the right track. It&#8217;s hard work to lose weight which is why most people get discouraged. Sometimes you have to tweak either your diet or your exercise to get the weight loss ball rolling. <p>It often common among those that is dating or married. They kind of debate over certain thing like; how many children they are expecting, and so the man and the woman say the number they each want. Situation like having the man come up with quite a large number of children and the concerned wife not agreeing to it. They finally come up with a number while for some couples they are not after the idea of having children. For some others they do not want to have children until a particular time they have set for themselves simply because they want to know what it feels like getting married by just the two of them. The reason might also be to due to financial stability. Now the question is what would take place when a couple notices that there is unwanted pregnancy? </p>
<p>Getting pregnant in our society these days are not usually good news most times. This is because most of young people sometimes married couples did not plan for the baby.
